Cherokee Voices - Cherokee Sounds
“Cherokee Voices, Cherokee Sounds” is hosted by Cherokee National Treasure Dennis Sixkiller and is broadcasted weekly on area radio stations throughout Cherokee Nation’s 14-county jurisdiction. The show is primarily broadcast in the Cherokee language and features a fun mix of Cherokee guests, music, culture and news.
“Cherokee Voices, Cherokee Sounds” can be heard weekly on several eastern Oklahoma radio stations including Tahlequah’s KEOK 102.1 FM Sundays at 8 am; KTLQ 1350 AM and 96.3 FM Sundays at noon and again on Wednesdays at 5 pm. Listen in the Vinita area to KGND 1470 AM Sundays at 9 am; in Bartlesville on KWON 1400 AM Sundays at 9 am and in Claremore, on KRSC 91.3 FM Saturdays at 8 am and again on Sundays at noon.
